How long have you been selling Real Estate?
Weichert, Realtors® began in New Jersey in 1969, and Kingsland Properties, Ltd has been serving the Chicago area with first class quality since 1982.
Why the two names?
Kingsland Properties is a privately owned and operated franchised office of Weichert, Realtors®. Weichert Realtors® is a leading real estate sales organization started in Chatham, NJ. Kingsland Properties, ltd has become Weichert Realtors, Kingsland Properties and joined forces with their powerful Open House system to better serve you.

What is the MLS?
The MLS, or Multiple Listing Service, is a way of advertising homes and other properties for sale. For our area, we use the MLSNI, or MLS of Northern Illinois. Our searches on this website are linked to the data of the MLS, giving you a direct view of what is on the market.
