Kingsland Properties is a privately owned and operated franchised office of Weichert, Realtors®. Weichert Realtors® is a leading real estate sales organization started in Chatham, NJ. Kingsland Properties, ltd has become Weichert Realtors, Kingsland Properties and joined forces with their powerful Open House system to better serve you.

The MLS, or Multiple Listing Service, is a way of advertising homes and other properties for sale. For our area, we use the MLSNI, or MLS of Northern Illinois. Our searches on this website are linked to the data of the MLS, giving you a direct view of what is on the market. If you choose to sell your home with us, we will advertise your home on the MLS along with several other services, and buyers can also see your house right from this site.
What is Realtor.com?
Realtor.com is the official site of the National Association of Realtors. As we are a part of this group, your home is shown on this nationwide database for the best possible exposure.
Is a picture of my home taken? Will my picture be on the internet?
It's said that a picture is worth a thousand words, and this is especially true in the Real Estate Business. Attractive pictures of your property will help your home attract buyers and realtors alike. However, we protect your and your family's privacy, and no pictures with people in them are included in the pictures of your home.
What are open houses? Are they necessary?
